Hey guys,
I have felt in a low mood for the past 2 years, with fatigue, lack of interest, sleep issues and looping thoughts. I have tried most stuff, meditation, exercise, diet, self-help books etc. This is a second wave of a big depression hitting me. Last time I got medication which I took for 6 months and it really helped me. But I never went too long to the therapist. Now I suspect its time to go to the root of the issues. I have written down all my thoughts on a paper which I plan to bring the psychologist. I'm afraid they will also describe me some medication. If that is so, will the same last medication I took work as well as now? Anything another general to add regarding my situation? Appreciate! |

I hope your psychologist is a good fit. Usually when a medication has worked in the past it will work again. But not always... Psych meds are such a random thing; some work for some people some of the time. And what works varies a lot from person to person.
No need to fear being prescribed meds. You don't have to fill the prescription ![]() |

Dealing with the issues behind it are a very good idea. People usually do better if they have help with their issues as well as medication. Good luck! ![]() ![]() ![]() |
