Here I am, hospitalized twice in a month for PTSD and depression, had so many medication adjustments that it makes my head spin, lord knows how many different types of therapy and sitting here able to finally say that I'm finally at a standstill.
Before, I kept sinking deeper and deeper into my depression to a point where I almost made a very final decision. If it wasn't for a friend of mine walking in at the perfect time, I wouldn't be typing this. Now, I'm finally able to think semi-clearly and remain stable where I am. This is progress compared to how I was and hopefully a catalyst for a road to recovery.

I had 6 hospitalizations in a year, and it took a while to get better. I'm so happy for you that you feel you're making progress. Keep up the good work!
