I give up I am depressed again. Don't think I will write on here anymore because I just want to sleep.

Sleeping is ok - rest and revive - come and talk when you can - it helps to talk - there are many here who understand depression - many who will listen and send hugs when needed and tell you what has worked for them and what hasn't
Light is a major factor for me - I sleep with the lights on - a dark environment encourages depression so I keep my place as bright as possible many hugs coming your way if ok Take good care of you P7

Thank you everyone. I just have a lot to think about now. I'm sick so that doesn't help. I know some day I will feel better. Sorry about the first message I put on here. I'm not going to give up I have to many people who love me.
