I do. It's taken my anxiety from unmanageable to manageable. I still don't feel great. I don't have any side effects though.

I take sertraline (Zoloft). It's very helpful for me. The main side effect I feel that I don't like is a spacey feeling, as though I'm disconnected from my body. Besides that, I don't notice any side effects.

I took sertraline for about 7 months. Had no major side effects and it was helpful, to begin with, one of the most helpful I've been on actually. I don't have a good track record with meds though and unfortunately I guess it pooped out on me.

I take sertraline since last year and it works beautifully for my anxiety!!! The only side effect I noticed is weight gain. I craved carbs like crazy.

I've been on it 3 times over the last 16 years. Only side effect I ever had was difficulty sleeping for 1-2 weeks when I first started. I always changed meds though because it would eventually stop working for my depression. It never helped my anxiety.
