I was on 150mg of bupropion. I started feeling worse a few weeks ago so I bumped it up to 200mg. About a week ago I decided to take 300mg. My hands have been really shaky, but idk if it's from this or not eating very much?

Tremors can be a side effect of Bupropion. I got them when I first started taking it.
But, not eating that much could exacerbate the shaking. Some people do get shaky when they eat less.

When I first saw my current psychiatrist, he bumped my Bupropion from 200 mg to 300 mg. I couldn't sleep, was extremely thirsty, anxious, felt physically "antsy", panic attacks, etc. Bupropion is a stimulant. I've even read that, metabolically, (but I'm not a doctor so maybe this may be an extreme interpretation), it has more in common with cocaine than SSRIs. Anyways, it really helps me and has few side effects when I am prescribed at the 150 mg dosage. Supposedly, 300 mg is a typical dosage but we all have different reactions and metabolize our medications differently.

PS Coffee also exacerbates the shaking if you have too much Bupropion in your system.
