A few months ago after ending up in a and e and then a week stay in day hospital I found out I was suffering psychotic depression.
Had my meds change, slowly I was starting to feel better.
But I feel I'm going backwards again and I'm scared.
Apart from the obvious which is ring mental health team tomorrow I don't know what to do.
I feel so low

Hello Robyn51: A psychiatrist once told me that using the hands requires a lot of the brain's capacity. So if one is feeling depressed or anxious, if one can find something to do that requires a lot of hand activity, it will take up a lot of the brain's capacity & prevent those areas from being drawn into the depressive or anxious state. When I'm feeling depressed, I tend to walk...

It has indeed made a comeback. I've had my aripriprazole increased and been prescribed mirtazapine. Fingers crossed it helps me feel better again. Thank you for all the hugs xxxx
