This is a PM interesting discussion. Personally I have followed advice of a neutritionist tho make many of the improvements outlined in the article with little or no effect on my health. On the other side of the argument, I know people for whom a simple change in diet and lifestyle has brought a huge improvement for them.

I'm sure for many people it is very helpful.
Clearly a poor diet will make anyone feel less energy and lower in mood than a basically healthy one.

Have a great chat anyone who can attend. It could be lively.
