so i went out and exercised lots todays and then i went to bed at like 9:30, but then my own brain starts to %#@&#! w/ me and so i tooks a anmbien 20 or so mins ago, so lets see if this fuks me up enough to put me down. anyways what do u take to help? don't tell me warm milk or ill tear ur head off lol!.

smtms i think i'm like schizo er smtng...i gotta go get smtg stronger if this doesn't work. god i wanna just throw all this %#@&#! clutter out into the trash. i think i get anxiety bad...unhealthy thoughts

well srry if this is depressing...just wondering what u guys take for sleeping??? Tom

Don't try Trazodone. It doesn't work for me.
I do a relaxation thing that I made up (with the help of my anti-depressant improving my mood and focus). I find that I still wake up but my mind doesn't seem to yack myself to peices like it did before the anti-depressant.
I hope you get some uninterrupted sleep. I sometimes joked that I wanted someone to hit me with a hammer to knock me out.

Tom can you talk to your doc about what they may suggest? I take seroquel and it may help with your other symptoms too. I hope you find something soon.
