Well that was in-depth!!! I just got back from a meeting with my new T... and I just want to run!! SO she had me do a safety contract.... so until Tuesday I have to remain safe, if not then I have to call her. I'm in a fragile state and right now I just want to walk as much as i can... But I'm hungry and there is a meeting tonight that I want to go to. so I'll make it to that.

Needless to say I'm worried!! Any ideas on how to decompress after a long day. My head isn't thinking of the good healthy ways... HELP!

I hope you feel more at ease soon. I just had an intake session last week, so I can relate to the experience kind of, and silly me I was so nervous I signed some things I don't know what they were as it was on the digital screen with plastic pen. Sending you relaxed wishes.

Sounds like you have a good therapist! Good for you👍💜..... don't be worried I think the hardest part was actually going to see your T in the first place😊. And you're alot strongest than you think because you're going to another meeting. YAY!!!!

I'm horrible at de compressing if I'm being honest. But when I feel that way I try to stay or the house. (It makes me think to much and I feel more depressed) I usually go to a coffee shop for a pick me up! Or just a nice drive on my favorite roads (with the most scenery and no traffic lights) if the weather isn't good I listen to music and play games on my computer !!

I hope I helped a little😘💓

Should I call? I said I would. But there is so much shame with calling. Why is that? I've asked for help one to many times.... Is there courage enough to call??

What's happening?
I'm triggered and I took my med for emergency. I need support to call. I don't know if I can or not.

I would have my own reasons for not wanting to call in that situation, but I'm not you. What is best for your safety?

After the med, I'm calm and I did sleep for an hour. Still hoping that I don't have to call... Please let me be fine.
