I spent just under 8 weeks this summer inpatient in a psych hospital for major depression. Then I went into their transition to community program which basically had me going back to the hospital 3 afternoons a week. That's ending this week and i'm really worried about not slipping back into depression. I have to start job hunting too which is hard on the ego at the best of times but mostly I'm just scared of having too much time on my hands that I don;t knoow what to do with.
