today, i had some of the most horrific mood swings i have ever experienced

one moment, my life and everything around me felt absolutely meaningless
then i was alright
then i was crying
then i was okay again

it's too late in the day now but i should probably contact a therapist soon, but idk if that'd actually help me because i hate talking about my feelings to anyone, but if something doesn't change things could get worse

as i'm writing this i feel totally scatterbrained and should probably get some rest, i just needed someone to know that i'm not feeling okay, i hope i'm better tomorrow

Yes, I agree that you should see a therapist. At least try.
