It's all just too much. I don't think I can take anymore.

I just have a constant overwhelming urge to
Possible trigger:
and I don't know how much longer I can fight it. It's exhausting.

I can normally hide it, fake how I'm feeling, but I'm too tired to even try that. My manager has picked up on it and the last couple of days has given me the nickname of "moody" because I look miserable all the time.

My parents are asking questions but I'm just trying to to put them off, say I'm fine, just tired.

I'm doing my best to keep it together, but I am failing.

Yes. It is exhausting.
Have you been able to get some rest - I mean real, restorative sleep?

Well I never feel refreshed when I wake up...I feel like I'm always trying to play catch up when it comes to sleep.

Sadly Halloween I completely understand what you're going through. I hope you can get the help you need.

gezz I'm sorry you're dealing with that crap as well. Not all mental health professionals are bad but it certainly seems like a vast majority are. I wish I could tell you what to do. I wish I could say it will get better. But I can't. Just know that there are those of us on this forum that care.
