I'm so sorry that people are being rude to you like that...

I have somewhat trained my friends, to the point that, when they see me being given an a-hole, or when I start not caring about how I look (which is often), they know these are red flags for my depression. They also know that, often, I don't want to talk about it.

Instead, they really just try to include me as much as they can, even when I am being an antisocial b****.
