One day I'm fine then the next I'm not...... I HATE THIS.

Genetic testing is in the mail and I hope that will help so I hold on....... I want to use my addiction more now but it also makes things worse! I don't know what or how to get anything done. I just need to vent!!!!

Hello puzzclar

I'm so sorry about all the suffering you're going through This emotional rollercoaster is terrible and very confusing, especially with your diagnosis

Depression holds back our cognitive abilities and keeps us buried deep down where we feel completely lost and unseen, but whatever depression is telling you about how unworthy you are isn't at all true! And on behalf of everyone here I'll say this, we're all proud of you for not seeking addiction to solve the problem! This means you're trying and are hanging on with powerful tolerance

We are all here for you, and you'll never be alone as long as we're still breathing! Anytime you need someone to listen to you vent off, we got your back!

what is your addiction? Mine alcohol.
What is in the mail? I know you said testing "genetic" but what is this test going to give for results? Just curious.

I feel the same way which is why I opened and responded to your post.
I'm currently being evaluated on Seroquel...guess what? I'm not going to continue taking it because i don't like it..think it is making the rage worse.

I'm in the same boat, it'll even happen within the span of a few hours. It's frustrating as all ****. And the things that put me down even more so. Just gotta keep going one step at a time.
