I just need to list my problems..so I can look at them and not just think them...I need to find ways to start helping myself..
~I have sexual identity issues ~I have jealousy issues ~Trust issues,..opposite of most..I trust maybe??? to easy? ~I am depressed but I can't find its orgin. ~I'm a teenager and that makes it worse. ~I am attached to my T after 7 or so visits..I feel I'll loose her because I feel I'm annoying. ~I have no self confidents ~I don't know WHO I am. ~I feel alone even when I'm not. ~I feel I'm crazy. ~I dont enjoy many hobbies I once did. ~I don't fit in easy. ~No one "gets" me..well i dont feel they do when they really do. ~I am attracted to my T..but its mainly because she helps me. ~I don't wonna loose anyone over my depressioin but seem too. ~I feel like I could cry almost all the time ~and thats about it... |

(((DUSTIN))) I agree that putting things in writing is a Great step in the right direction, now you should work on each step(one step at a time) to see how things can be better in resolving the issues that you are having with each step. Each step can take time for you to focus on something positive that you want to come out of the negative situation at this time. Each positive outlook should be something possible (financially, or age appropriate). Take care Dustin. Soidhonia
