I have so many issues. I deny them all the time, but I have and I find it so hard to deal with them. At this moment I have the bad feeling that I will never be free of them.
Why can I never feel safe near everyone? Why I must think all the time what others must be thinking? It's exhausting, it's lonely. Even when I come here to write to people that don't know who I am I worry about what they may think. And then I present myself and I worry that the next thing I say will disappoint them and the idea that had made about me. I am always waiting for the moment when I will disappoint someone. |

I'm not sure what the answer is. Have you seen a doctor about your anxieties? Or therapist? It might help you get past these awful feelings that are holding you back. You don't have to worry about letting anyone down on PC as we all come here with issues that could lead to criticism. We bare our souls on here and people support us anyway. Enjoy the freedom of PC.

Most people here are non judgemental as we know how it feels to be judged (by ignorant ..... )
![]() Even if we do disappoint someone (unlikely) we are probably helping at least two others (probably many others) with our sharing. Having issues and "flaws" is ok... everyone has, even those who deny it .. (Even those "normals" irl who think they are "superior" to anyone who has anxiety etc...) ![]() ![]() ![]()
