I've... Oddly been okay for the past couple of months? Not happy, not depressed, just ok. Which is rare in itself, lol.

But today everything just came tumbling down. I'm alone, I'm bored, I have absolutely NOTHING to do which feeds my depression even more. No friends to hang out with, no job, nothing. So what do I do?

I start overthinking, as one does.

Now I'm just thinking I should end it because I'm 28, transgender (with no hope of being able to afford transitioning lol), completely and utterly unemployable because I can't even stick with 12 months of art studies...

I just... Really want to be dead right now? I'm not going to bother with hotlines or the ED because they're completely useless.

I just don't know what to do.

Breathe, shower, get dressed, walk, keep talking.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry you feel this way. I can relate a bit, sometimes I'm very bored too and I start overthinking..

I think everyone on this site feels that way one time or another. It's very frustrating getting motivated to do anything at times. It's easy to stay in bed and not make any effort. I agree with 1978dd. Breath get up take a shower , go for a walk, etc... you can always pm me if you want to chat. Good luck.
