Few or none heed whispers.
If someone does heed a whisper, then that person is more likely to offer effective care.

All too frequently, screams are necessary. And even screams get ignored.
I find it difficult to imagine you screaming, dear Fuzzybear.
You could use a Stentor to assist you.

Hi Fuzzy

No you DON'T deserve to die
Sometimes, although I know not fairly, you just have to make people hear no matter what it takes.
And I'd say that you have incredible strength in there Fuzzy, so if you could "just", even briefly, wrap some of that up and turn those whispers into real noise.
Don't accept not being heard Fuzzy, you deserve to be heard, and you deserve to be cared about.

What do you think about the contemptuous attitude in so much of the "literature" - which unfortunately colours the perception of some of the clinicians...I thought I must have been incredibly unlucky with a couple of the "GP's" I was stupid enough to consult and a "therapist" I was referred to and I was, but these contemptuous attitudes amongst the "professionals" (irl) are far too common, especially in the uk

The maternal unit, who had NPD traits, at the very least, cried when she heard some of the things a "professional" said and did to me

No you don't. I'll roar with you, eventually someone's bound to venture into the woods and find you. I'm down in the forest, myself. If nobody shows, "we'll sing a chorus, one that everybody knows".

How loud

Hi Fuzzy

I'd say that there should be a massive increase/drive in awareness and understanding and support with more person-centred information out there to help with this.......you know.........showing the real effects of............the real needs of...........
But from some of the responses you've had from "professionals"..........I'd say a lot of that is more about them personally being ******!!!
And IMO, don't settle with, don't accept, don't give up trying if a professional isn't "getting it".
With G.P's........if you need to ask for someone else in the surgery........do that!! With therapists.........interview them to begin with......to see if they're good enough for you.....only accept the best.
