With apologies to little turtle for stealing the title, couldn't think of a better place to post this sleepy bear - it's not that hard to turn into a bear

Btw I changed the title - has anyone had luck with person centred therapy?

They are so cute!
I don't know anybody who took a person centered therapy but it sounds promising

I've considered myself to have person centered therapy and it works for me. Just concentrating on day to day things and how it relates to my illness centers me.

Do they do EMDR in the U.K? I am involved in that here in the states. Person centered therapy is supposed to be effective. It's been around a long time. The stronger your relationship with your therapist the better it works.... trust is a BIG factor. Good luck Fuzzy!

Fuzzy, I'm not familiar with "person-centered" therapy. What is it exactly?
