I am always looking forward to the weekend like most people who work a normal work week do. But once it arrives, I am usually disappointed. I've been doing
Better at making reasonable expectations for getting chores done. But I always feel like I didn't enjoy it enough. I feel like I didn't spend enough time with my baby, and just that it goes by so fast even though I'm not enjoying t that much. And then Sunday comes and I look back with regret that I didn't have better control of my mental health, I didn't have more fun or spend more time with my family. I look forward to it all week, then it's over, and why didn't I enjoy it? What in the hell is wrong with my brain? |

Sometimes, it can feel like every new day isn't really all that new.

I very rarely do anything at the weekend. But I try not to let that get to me. Instead I just try to use the time off work to relax. Maybe I have just got too used to not doing anything, but I don't seem to mind that I waste my weekend with netflix as company and entertainment...
