Because they made me a sluggish, barely functional, at times stupid Off some of my meds zombie. I could go on. I have yet to find a doctor in this stone age place that gives a flying %#@&#! about me. Therapy alone will have to do.

Thanks for reading.

I'm sorry meds weren't helping you. Mine have been a lifesaver. Hope you find / have a good thereapist. Some hospitals also run CBT groups for depression so you might wnat to explore that avenue.

Good luck.

(((Fuzzy))). I hope things get better soon. I agree with the above advice, trying a therapist that is more involved in the newer therapies may be a great help to you. Take care (((FUZZY))). Soidhonia

Once I tried going off all my meds. It worked for a couple of weeks then I ended up the the psych ward at the local hospital.

I'm back on meds. Don't think they are really helping.

It can be so discouraging at times and I sure don't have any answers.

I don't know which is harder finding the right meds or finding the right pdoc. One depends so much on the other.

Thanks everyone! I'm in a crappy mood today and should have stayed away from the computer. I have no right to inflict ME on people here.

fuzzy I hope you feel better soon. You have helped me so much just being there no matter what. You deserve the same. Please take some care with you and remember how much you really do matter. Words are failing me now. Love, hugs and kindness on you forever.

Always your friend...
