I can't really put it into words. I just feel like I've been holding on to this one branch for so long. Now my grip is slipping and I am getting tired of holding on. When I fall I know it will hurt bad. It may even kill me I don't know. I don't know what to do.

I have been to that place many times - but the fact that you are talking about tells me you will make it. Yes, you may fall, and fall hard ... but you will survive. The reason: something inside you is powerfully strong and won't give up even when the rest of you does.

That's a good thing. Don't try to hide from that part.

Tell me what's going on?

I know this fear well. If it is even fear. At least I know the feeling of being about to fall off the branch.

I am here, if you ever want to talk

You've reminded me, so I shall remind you. Anytime you need to talk, I'm here for you. I'm not too profound with words anymore, but I can be a decent sounding board.

I couldn't remember the name of the song earlier.. but when I heard this song a few days ago, I thought it was quite touching. When I read your post I thought it may help you a bit if you listen to it...

Hope it helps (I posted the lyrical version in case you have any problems understanding the words)

That's part of the problem. I don't really know. I guess the biggest thing is I had surgery on the 3rd and I woke up from it.
Possible trigger:
(Sorry if I'm not allowed to say that)

Sometimes depression - even suicidal depression - just comes on without a reason. So if you don't know, don't worry on it. I do hope you are feeling better (physically) since your surgery? What kinds of things do you enjoy since the surgery?
