I found out my depression is genetic and I'll have to take my medication forever.
I felt better and was talking to the doctor about the possibility of coming off medication and he told me that my depression would come back. I realized he's right and even with medication i still have sad moments. I'm having one today. Not from what he said because that was weeks ago, but sometimes I get sad and that's okay. I'll feel better tomorrow. With triggers, I try to ignore them because eventually I'll feel better. I do know to not harm myself ever again, but sometimes I feel like dying. |

It sounds like you've accepted your diagnosis and are taking care of you. I don't know the origin of mine because I'm adopted. I'm glad you don't think of harming yourself even when you feel like dying. Best wishes.
