so far two antidepressants that I have tried haven't worked. What if I never find anything that will make me be happy? I feel like I'm stuck being sad forever.

Don't give up. There are so many medications out there. One or a combination of medications may be the ticket. Keep trying. Good luck and best wishes.
Thanks for this!

I'm sorry you are feeling down. It took me several medications before finding the right combination to work. I know it's hard, but just keep trying until you find the right one.

I really don't want to make you feel worse, but this might provide some perspective. I was misdiagnosed with unipolar depression for 5 years before they hit on bipolar. It's been 2 years since the bipolar diagnosis and I'm still running though meds. Keep your head up.

Getting the right Med or meds or combination of meds is really trial and error. It is very common not to fight the right ones right away. Don't give up just work with your doctor.

I went through a bunch of anti-depressants before I was put on a mood stabilizer. You'll find it sooner or later. Hopefully sooner.
