Why do I get out of bed anymore? Why do I even allow myself to wake up?
I don't want to be alive, let alone conscious. Why can't I just stay in a dreamless sleep?

I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I've been there many times. In fact, I'm kinda close right now. I truly hope things improve for you soon! I know it's difficult, but try to convince yourself there's a reason to go on because there is.
