My lovely brain just recalled a GP who said "we only use it when we're justified"....... yeah riiiight.

Totally untrue -- if anything, most people with MH issues, anyway, use guilt when it's NOT justified, especially if they think they've done something wrong and deserve to feel guilty.

The GP said that about a label he used about me in the medical notes, it wasn't about guilt...... my brain went there coz of the word "justified" (I have a long list of taboo words I try not to use for various reasons ... makes it hard to communicate sometimes) And when Papa Bear forgets not to use them ..... well he tries not to forget! .... ![]() ![]()

I don't know why you feel quilty but don't let the word take over.
