I nearly died today

I was walking on the side of the road when a speeding car came less than a foot away from wiping my existence into oblivion. My first reaction was disappointment that it didn't kill me. I think it still is my reaction, I have a constant death wish.

I've been crying my eyes out for hours though, because I told my mother, partner and some friends what happened. No one cared. At all. They all stayed silent. No one asked if I was okay, no one had ANY concern for me at all.

Starting to think I should be dead, 'cause my life obviously doesn't matter to the people I love, and I don't want to live in a world like that.

That's horrible.. I'm so sorry you were treated this way. Please, remember that your life HAS value, no matter what other people say.. although I understand how you feel.

Maybe they just didn't know how to show emotion? I'm glad though you didn't get hurt. Please stay safe. Remember God loves you.

Have you at least sought treatment for your condition? You tell us what you thoughts are, and that is fine, but are you committed to doing something to help you change those negatives to positives as well?

Unfortunately I think if they had been there to witness it, it would have had more impact than u just telling them. People tend to think people exaggerate things or put a greater emphasis on something than it really deserves.

Whatever the case, I don't know you but I do care about your situation and I do believe you, and how scarry it was. I am very sorry that your loved ones didn't react they way u needed them too.

That would have been a real tragedy not to have you in their lives, whether they admit it or not.

If theres anyone out there, I could really use a shoulder to cry on.
