I spoke to my worker today and she told me I have no reason to feel depressed. She said I am just refusing to change. She said I'll speak to the psychiatrist about meds but I don't think there any point as they won't help you.
I've decided I am locking myself down I am telling no one anything about myself as of now. If I am ill I wont tell a soul I trust no one. I am stopping my meds as off today well if there is nothing wrong with me why am I on them? Just needed one last vent. Sorry. |

I am thinking of writing a letter to the mental health team and discharging myself. They take no notice of me.
I am so done with everything. Worst thing I ever did going to the docs as a teen saying I was so deeply unhappy and suicidal. I'm nearly 40 and nothing's changed. |

Please don't give up because of an idiot (and that really was an ignorant statement). Can you request another worker? Can you talk to somebody over their head? Please don't quit your meds without supervision. Not telling anybody about your illness will only hurt you. My mental illness and SI has gone on for many years as well. Keeping working on it. Sending big hugs.

Thank you FuzzyBear and Jennifer 1967.
I have sent my GP and MHT an email saying I no longer trust them and I want no more to do with them. I've had enough of it all. Still I'll plod alone nothing will change really as they weren't helping anyway. |
