I'm still up but I'm feeling sleepy. I don't know if I will go to bed or not. I was sleepy last night but I barely slept. I've got so much on my mind. I don't even know what to do about it all. I just know that I need sleep and soon. I can't continue to run on very little sleep. I'm tired. I just want to go to bed. Well I hope that I can go to sleep. I need it.

I know that feeling sweetie, all too well. I find it helpful to have a long bubbly bath, a milky drin, relaxation techniques ie breathing in and out slowly, I still struggle sometimes, I've taken to listening to soothing favourite music on my mp3 player, trouble is I can't sleep without it lol. I hope you find peace and get some rest, pm me anytime if you need to talk, I'm in uk so slight time difference maybe? As I said, I'm usually on American time/Australian time good luck, Love Jinnyann xoxoxoxoxo
