well, i haven't lost all 29 years of memory, but there are some huge holes... some of it is coming back and yeah, some tears come with.. but it doesn't hurt as bad as i thought... it even feels good to love that little boy who experienced all this... it wasn't his fault...

my pdoc says I have amnesia about a lot of stuff, but as I progress with the therapy it will come back maybe. She told me how the brain seperates itself to deal with trauma and 'hides it away' sometimes. She told me to write myself questions with my right hand and answer with my left, haven't tried it yet though, this is a way of getting both sides of the brain to 'work together'.

I am starting to find that little girl inside of me too, strange how it all works. Good luck to you my friend, always here if you need to talk.

jinny its been so cool getting to know you these past few weeks... i admire your fighting spirit... it encourages me...

you're talking about left-right brain functions... i know it works... haven't done the writing questions method but i've recently exercised using my left more than usual... the changes are stunning and remarkable... thanks for sharing
