sleep is so important, like eating, getting too little would throw the other systems out of whack wouldn't it? i hope you'll find some solution fuzzy... sometimes i'm too keyed up for sleep myself, just the opposite of being down... my real issue is eating though... hope you're eating...

Fuzzybear,

That can really wear you down.

My sleeping medication causes me to "sleep eat". I get up and fix myself something to eat in my sleep. The other night I made a bologna and cole slaw sandwich! :rotlf: I need the extra exercise of rolling on the floor laughing with my sleep eating. No sleep again
