Sorry I was angry. It had nothing to do with you. Thank you for this thread. Sometimes I just feel sorry for myself. I'm angry at the past and the people who made me feel unworthy. I feel embarrassed with myself.

I was angry. It brought up the abusers's voices of the past, it's difficult to explain. I'm okay now
