I didn't get to sleep much due to errands.
I was wondering what are your ways of coping in such moments? I tried coffee and it only helps for a short time (I may have needed to eat more well before drinking). |

For me, when I miss sleep like that, I try to remedy it with very brief naps, and by brief, no more than 15 minutes, because more than that feels like actual sleep. And the 15 minutes, if you practice enough, can be done without an alarm. Hope that helps.

I chug coffee through out the day. I'm not a super friendly person without sleep. Also fresh air and moving help as well.

Oh this greatly helped today! Took a walk outside and in a few minutes I felt much better.
