I don't have any motivation to live during 2018.

I wish somehow I could go back in time to last night, take my life, and not make it to 2018- their's been a mistake- why am I still here?

their are plenty of people who want to live in 2018- and plenty of people who celebrated last night because of the new year.

I'm not one of them, I'm not.

I have nothing to look forward to and no motivation.

if someone asked me what do you want out of life in 2018, I wouldn't have an answer for them. I really don't want anything- accept for it to end

I looked at depression forums on some other sites last night (because I was feeling bottom of the barrel horrible). You are NOT alone in thinking "This is the year I fix my life or else <insert drastic thoughts here> because I need things to look forward to, *bleep* you, 2017!!". I was reading post after post all over the place just like that. I've been feeling the same way.

So, what to do about it, right? Change is needed for both of us.

This post hurts my heart. I know things are hard right now, but please believe me when I say it won't always be like this. Today is the beginning of a new year and a chance to write a new story. Don't give up.

right now I'm writing a new story called the stranger on the bridge (I'm still writing my orlando one,), but I like writing a few at a time so that I'm not stuck to one story- if I can't think of something for one, I work with the other

a woman called becky who wants to commit suicide, so she plans to jump from a bridge, but this stranger robbert comes to stop her claiming he's a doctor
but he's not a doctor- this guy wants to hurt becky and make her feel terrible

and I wish robbert from the story was here.

I am so sorry you are feeling that bad. No one deserves to be treated badly. I send you my thoughts, and prayers that 2018 is one of the best years of your life. My prayer is that this depression you have disapates, and you are able to do, and be the person you want to be.

Even though you don’t feel you have anything to look forward to, some nice things are bound to happen. I don’t have much either but sometimes find myself momentarily “happy”, being caught up in something and forgettig myself. That’s something to live for too.
