I am just so frustrated and depressed with life right. I am feeling manic depressive I have highs and lows today is definitely a low. Financial problems stress at work and I haven't talked to the love of my life in a week. We got into a huge argument last week and neither of us have tried to contact the other person. He used to be the one I went to when I was struggling but he has his own stresses at work and financially. We have been together on and off for 6 years and I want to move on but I find it so hard. I know he is an amazing guy definitely a narcissist but a good guy none the less. Any advice on how to move on and confirmation that it will get easier as time goes on would be appreciated.
