My NEW psychiatrist told me that I just need time and things will get better.He took away my sertraline(Zoloft) prescription and advised me to meditate, do therapy and have a healthy diet.
But I have tried all of those things for nearly 3 Years now and they haven’t worked. I’m not sure if to go on medication again

Sounds to me like you need a different doctor.

Geez! That just makes me angry! I hope you can get a different doc. You can’t meditate away mental illness.
