Tonight I am struggling.

Tonight it’s taking all I’ve got to not do something “silly”

I feel like I might not survive this night.

I am in a very bad place and I can’t snap out of it.

I just want to do all I can to officially disappear.

Sending hugs that you might find your way through this dark night...

When is the last time you saw a white horse? Heard a baby laugh? What's your favorite movie? Book? Song? Might a walk be helpful? Interrupt these thoughts with something neutral or positive. I don't mean to trivialize what you're suffering but if you can just break its momentum for a few minutes it might be helpful.

I managed to calm down in the end. I got really triggered by something on tv. I hate how quickly I can go from being relatively ok to feeling like I absolutely have to end my life. It’s so incredibly hard in those moments to see how I can ever be ok again.
