TRIGGER WARNING - this means I’m in pain and need kind, thoughtful, support.

.............

.............

............

Today I’m a mess. Apparently.... I always was

The young Fuzzybear, a beautiful bear. But misunderstood and even hated by ignorant, “weak” people

The young Fuzzybear, having put up with, “coped” with very severe anxiety and panic attacks, abuse from “family” etc...for years....... visited “her GP” to discuss her anxiety.

The GP wrote..

“This woman is ......

“Quite frankly...

“And now has” ...

The poor “doctor” was “mad” and “weak” .. he got it all twisted up and Wrong because of his lack of humanity, intelligence and compassion.

OMG there “should” be a special place in Hell for cruel, “weak” people like that poor excuse for a human being.

His attitude was hateful.

And hate was what I was given by the FOO (family of origin)

why did I post that? / “How dare I...” .....

“Horrible, “broken” paws” (“beyond help” - a therapist (in real life) actually did say that about some people. Nice. Fortunately, I never trusted him.

He also informed me that I had a “terrible life”

Wtf

And for an undisclosed reason I wasn’t to consult any other therapists at that place. I never even “acted out” and I didn’t even have “harmful “coping” whatever. Ugh...

Beyond help = the 'helper' has insufficient knowledge/skills/empathy/compassion to adequately provide assistance.

I'm sorry you're upset. But I also would kindly encourage different thought patterns in what your idea of help is...if that makes any sense..

I don't think we have spoken before but seeing you around (insert state if mind) lifts my spirits.

If a bear can lose it, so can I.

I’m not sure I understand re the idea of help. But yeah I try to shed this jerk. He’s of little consequence to me, he was useless. (As, sadly many of them are in the U ****kng K.. just my opinion)

I do understand and asking for help should be treated with a high level of urgency, priority and Hopefully with trained professionals that have an added quality..comparison.

I get pissed at my doctors...when they stick to the book. Making all my efforts to get more pills while maintaining a poker face and endless hours of thought on how to be more cunning...becomes pointless

A waist of time focusing on the people you can't get any kind of validation from.

I, I, I..I share my thoughts honestly and sometimes we all need a wake up, nudge, or just someone who can guide us to the "right" path.

Cruelty. TriggerCruelty. Trigger

PS: doesn't calling someone weak only make them stronger

It seems that among the bevy of special skills one needs to develop in order to negotiate this particular realm of illness, along with whatever support systems exist to help, the most valuable are determination, tenacity & a finely tuned mind to catch every detail of the processes before you.

Sadly, those are exactly the skills that the illness tends to mess with - which doesn't help a lot, when you're trying to deal with a complicated, expensive/under-funded & overloaded health/welfare system, that seemingly would much prefer to deal with matters that produce better looking statistics in the monthly reports...

*Yes, I am feeling more than usually cynical today.
My apologies & thanks go to those carers, who actually do care*

I wonder if there are any therapists out there - anywhere - who specialise in helping people overcome therapy?

"PTSD" = "Post-Therapy Stress Disorder"???

I think maybe they have a particular type of odour (like a “bad smell” in a very personal space... as the doctors office and the therapists “couch” is supposed to be. But sometimes they seem.. so “nice” ... at first...
