sometimes i see no point on trying again and other days i just feel like running way from wants making me feel so lost and empty

I feel the same way almost everyday of my life. Sometimes feels like there’s not much worth living for when you’re always bogged down with depression. Am I living just to be unhappy? It feels that way.
Although I rarely commit to doing these things myself, here’s some of my suggestions to feel more lively: • Exercise • Find a hobby/passion and pursue it • Have an adventure in nature from time-to-time • Meet people/socialize • Read • Pursue a career you enjoy • Obtain a pet • Drink more water |

Yeah I hate that feeling. I have gone from great success to crushing drives. I have found having people who know what you're going through really helps. Though, I do recommend being around experienced people who have coped with depression helps a lot. I'm also the type of person who likes regimented schedules. Ones I lose them I start to get lost.
