R U O.K? Death doesn't SAVE you from anything. While it is an escape from things in the moment, it's an escape from EVERYTHING. All the good, the bad, the painful, the joyful, and every other experience life has to offer, will be gone too... what's going on?

While it is an escape from things in the moment, it's an escape from EVERYTHING...

What is so bad that you'd want to miss out on the potential of what lies ahead?
If it'd help, I will reveal some of my challanges...

I'm Bipolar with Depression, Social Anxiety, and Complex PTSD.
Was sexually abused as a child.
I'm Estranged from my Brother.
Cheated on by EVERY person I've given myself to.
My Mom and I didn't talk for 2+ years before she died. On her deathbed, she said she didn't want me at her funeral.
I was made to give up my first born.
I have MASSIVE sexual insecurities.
My Ex slept with my Brother while I was away at Boot Camp
Divorced 3X.
Self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence issues.
Can't hold/work a typical job.

Does that help? Sometimes, it helps to know what others are going through as a measure of what can be tolerated. I STILL look forward to life ahead because I dont KNOW what it holds for me. The curiosity of it intrigues me to think it HAS to get better. Was born very physically premature (2lbs 13oz) and know that my survival is a sign of my ability to overcome. And so I shall... how about you? :-)

The Thanks is for the statement you made:

*i'm not going to commit suicide ( sorry if i worried you )

I don't know your situation, so it would be unfair of me to assume your ability to tolerate and endure. I will tell you though that EVERYONE has SOMETHING to contribute in this world. One of the favorite things my Dad taught me (and I tell to others) is to look for even the most insignificant positive attribute and focus on it when you feel mad/upset/disappointed in the world. Serves useful in relationships, interacting with people, and life in general. If you dont see even the smallest positive attribute, your life will become overcome with negative. Sometimes it takes a lot of effort, but THAT is what your life becomes driven by... the determination to find A positive. While it may not seem like it at the moment... you contribute SONETHING positive. You've helped someone think, laugh, feel, imagine, or inspire. I bet if you think about it, you'll think of one. And when you do, focus on THAT, no matter how insignificant it may seem. :-)
