this morning I don't want to walk...I hate walking..
but I need to walk today...I need to walk... I also am trying to have a 12 hour fast every day... today it is only 11 hours...I don't like to fast... |

I liked giving drugs for my patients...
drugs helped them...but I didn't realize the dangers.. I am learning about some of the dangers now... |
