we have been talking about the need for love from others...
and also the much forgotten love for ourselves...why not... I found out that dr dean ornish has a new book out called UNDO IT... one of the four key points is----HOW MUCH LOVE AND SUPPORT YOU HAVE... a key point in health...I am going to pay attention to this.... |

Today I have noticed...
That being true, allowing my emotion to be free, allows me to be a good friend to myself. I am not good at emotional regulation. My emotion is out of control. My feelings from the past rage on. That is not accepted in this world. I am not hurtful to others but myself I can be cruel.... Who can accept me AS IS... I wish I knew how to get full grasp of my feelings.... |

Not many accept us AS IS especially if we can’t take the meds If we accept ourselves AS IS....

I am really afraid right now....I go to the cardiologist this Monday...
I am more short of breath and my pulse is faster....I may be headed for some more heart surgery.... I am still thnking about my friends here on the AS IS bus... |

Today I feel ugly....
I have lost much weight... My face has dark circles... No fat  I am having trouble with with loving myself AS IS.... Should I have ever been born? Good wishes for Monday Little Turtle... Much love to all those who travel on the bus

I feel old.
I am starting to age. Wrinkles have appeared. They are less age related and more from losing weight through ill health. I eat loads but struggle to have a healthy weight. My eyes look bad, sunken with dark circles... I know other people have much worse problems but I am struggling with the loss of my youth... |

I took in a stray cat.I named him Blacky. He Is a bit sick - keeps sneezing and sniffling his nose all the time. I got to take him to the vet. Good vets are not available at where I live. So I feel concerned.
I have been depressed and anxious the past few weeks. Sick too bc of food poisoning(I got to watch my diet). Moreover I was feeling that life's not worth living. I have nothing to look forward too. Now that I took in Blacky, I feel not as useless and unloved as before...at least my cat depends on me and loves me. |
