Pulling socks up therapy
 Both from therapists and others.  And of course from the PUs who abused and abandoned me I don’t know why I deserve this sort of “support” I’m in pain damn it. And I’m as “entitled” to express this as others are.   (Not anyone here)

I have just been doing some feeling work, triggered by watching Wanderlust. This week was like one long counselling session. It triggered me as it reminded me to be more aware of how I feel.
I found this helpful link A Technique for Feeling Painful Feelings We all have a right to feel our own feelings, I just get too caught up in my pain or try to run away from it. Both are bad for me personally.  I am willing myself to forget those who want me to forget the pain, it is real and needs to be felt. I hope you can escape those who bother you Fuzzy, you are wonderful just being you. You decide what socks to wear and how to wear them...
