I feel like I only have a few moments when I’m OK. Like now, late at night around 10-11. I enjoy the first coffee when I wake up. But that’s about it. Mornings I don’t like. Afternoon and early evening not too much either. I can do things but it just feels “heavy”. I don’t know. Today has just not been so good..

Perhaps we can try to increase those little moments of happiness, step by step, one at the time? What do you think?

Thank you. I hope I can have more windows of happiness during my days. Doesn't seem like it at the moment though.

I'm sick of living this way - it's barely a life. And I don't have hope of it getting better. Can't see why it should...

My therapist is very encouraging, the only person in my life actually. I saw her today. But when I'm alone at night like now her words slip away and I just feel the pain again. Don't know what to do..

You're already doing a ton of work with your therapist. Keep it up. Perhaps try to apply what you do in session when you're alone, too. Sorry, I wish I had more advice
