When the Experts irl tell me I am “not worthwhile”

And that I don’t even deserve “crisis care”

It is not nice to keep being told this

(Not about anyone on pc.. and I am not currently in “crisis” - no thanks to the “professionals” irl

You are worthwhile, Fuzzy... don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

"Experts" have done you too much harm.

Yesterday for a while I passed into crisis. I managed it only through near-total personal shut-down. From experience I knew reaching out for "expert" assistance would not help me in my set of circumstances. Non-expert, informal help got me through that crisis.

Others live in different circumstances - and locations. I hope many of them can benefit from what formal, "expert" resources exist where they are.
