It hurts

Does anyone else ever feel so much and have so many racing thoughts, but there's no way you can put any of it into words?

That's where I am. I have so much going on in my head and my chest hurts with the stress of it all. I feel like I'm crumbling to nothing. No one can help because I can't (or won't) call out for someone.

It hurt. What happened hurt. But who can I talk to about it? Who would care?

It just ****ing hurts.

Well I mean I feel like that's why there's forums like these. I remember when I was really bad and I felt like I had absolutely no one. There are times I still feel so helpless and I have no idea how to move forward but sometimes it takes isolating myself and assessing myself to clear my mind and find a plan of action. The people on here care, it's a big support system. That being said, I do realize it would be easier to have someone in person, but coming from one stranger, I care, because I know what it's like to feel lost and alone.

That's true and this place does help. I guess I just was upset because I can't go to the people I'd normally go to because they're a part of what's going on.
