So I haven't been here in a long time. I just feel the need to be somewhere safe and say I'm trying to hang on. Just feel disinterested in work and feel trapped in general. I know I have to pull through, but when and how much energy it will take are my big questions.
Anyway, I'll try to stay in the moment and take things slow. The pressure is a lot but maybe I don't have to be perfect this time around. |

Thanks for the kind words. Yes I have been losing interest in other things. The issue is that I'm liked at work but don't feel it. I'm also working on using opposite to emotion actions meaning I'll still try to do everything even when I feel bad.
I'm lucky in a lot of ways. I've lived long enough to pick up a lot of techniques, but that doesn't make using them any easier. |

Have you tried prescribed medication at all?

I'm on a lot if meds. I'm afraid to mix up the combo now. Hopefully this is a holiday slump.
