I am feeling overwhelmed. Grrrrrr
  Everyone here is kind and supportive but IRL they are a complete challenge.   I cannot understand how other people cope with life, while I struggle so....

I am sorry that you are struggling. Please know that you are not the only one who struggles with life. I know I struggle every day, sometimes with things that seem simple for others. You are not alone in this! Hope you feel better soon.

I hope you are beyond the difficulty you described in your initial post, Thirty shades. Did anything help you through it? Did you find anything from Pete Walker's approach helpful?

I am calmer due to some Valium. The problem persists unfortunately. Thank you for reminding me about Pete Walker. I seem to forget all the help I have learned in a crisis. Sending you peace and harmony
