Going to a job coach tomorrow. Hope she can help me and give me some inspiration and optimism.
Feeling weird tonight. A bit sad. Not over anything specific.

I really wish things did not turn out so bad. If only people were nicer, kinder, more thoughtful. But...I had a cruel awakening to the true nature of many individuals. I have no idea how to deal with it and have no one to turn to, thanks to the mongers who stole from me.

Not much of a day for me. Very slow at work today again. It rained for most of the day. The only thing I did was to do a little shopping after work. I didn't do anything after that.

Woke up early this morning. I'm bored and lonely and feeling sad. Maybe I can put some TV show on for some background noise. It might keep me company. Might do housework too.

I'm feeling very distracted by thoughts (self- destructive ones)

I might watch bizardvark in a bit- which is like the only thing at the moment that helps. that said, I just found out my favorite character isn't even
going to be in season 3 of the show so it probably won't even be that funny (and It probably won't have the same theme tune either.). can you tell I'm
obsessed with bizardvark?

had my shower today which didn't help. made me feel gross and horrible

0 hours of sleep, which, even though it's bad every night,,, is particuarly bad because my back is killing me from chronic pain

I felt very depressed when I got home. Being at work was very draggy as not much was going on. It seemed like a lot of people were out. Around where I live, as I got home, I saw some Police out on the street. Something must be going on. Lately there's been Police & Fire activities practically next door to where I live. And quite a bit.

For the most part I'm feeling very discouraged about where I live. It feels like I am never going to leave.

Been busy this morning with cleaning and laundry. There are new machines in the laundry room and it's expensive now. I'll have to go to a laundry mat instead. I think that everyone else at my place are going to the laundry mat also.

I asked my friend to come over today because I would volunteer to go over what the renovation of my place will cost. So far, I think that he's not coming. I don't have to do this. After all it's my decision to sell and move.

I'm spending less time on-line and getting caught up on stuff I need to do. I'm generally okay.

I spent the majority of the day sleeping. I was tired even though I cut my muscle relaxer in half. I just can't take it. Not when I'm feeling sad and lonely. It just confuses me and makes me sleep.

Coming into a better place after a 3 month struggle to cope. Felt good today, by my standards. The world looked okay.

Sleeping seems to help but it's only temporary.

Just woke up. I was having a bad dream.

I woke up feeling alright for the first time in a while on a Sunday morning. I had so much lined up to do. I'm making my spaghetti sauce and then do my taxes, since I got everything ready. On my taxes it turns out I will owe instead of getting a refund. This is the first time, I think, that this has ever happened to me. There must be a mistake! I checked my W2 against last year's and a lot less Federal Income Tax for me were taken out this time. I'll call payroll tomorrow about it. This has been a sucky year, so far, for me. I had a feeling it was going to happen before New Year's Day.

My online friend just logged off for the evening. I'm all alone now. No one to talk to. And it's still early. Was hoping to stay up for a while.

I'm taking my cat to the vet this morning. We're all ready to go. I just have to get him in the carrier. I think maybe I should warm up my car first. It's really cold out there. I feel pretty calm and like I can handle this.
