I am so tired of people in my life telling me I am not enough. That I don't work enough, I don't care enough, that I am not good enough... And worst of all, it os true, I believe in them. I don't know how to talk, I don't work hard enough, sometimes I am lazy and really dumb. Why haven't I choose an easy job like a municipal handiman (woman) worker. I would be changing school lockers by now with a bunch of other workers, everyone looking at each other and most doing nothing and that would be ok.
I feel so incompetent.

It's okay mulan. It's true what they say - when people keep spouting out negativities to someone it does damage to the persons self esteem. You're not doing anything wrong mulan, in fact you're doing your best. It's these other people making the mistakes, believe me.

Please try not to doubt yourself.

You are doing your best. That's not lazy at all.

Peoples perception's of others are not true.
Their ego must be low, if they feel the need to judge you.

Accepting ourselves AS IS, is part of loving ourself.
Many here, myself included cannot manage any work.
You are managing more than some...
